Recruitment Process

In order to recruit from the overseas market to meet your needs, we follow a series of steps that help us ensure that we achieve success along with our clients and candidates. We start by offering a business proposal to the employer company, formulating and finalizing the terms of the deal and signing the business contract. We then work with the employer company to coordinate the various elements of the job order, including finalizing and verifying the job order for visa approval. We obtain attestation from QCCI and the appropriate countries’ authorities (i.e. Embassies). The completed job order is then delivered to the local agencies of the appropriate countries and the job order is confirmed. Once the above is completed, we’ll prepare the selection criteria and establish the procedure for selection. We source the relevant CVs depending on the job description provided and arrange interviews for candidates on the shortlist. Interviews may be conducted in person or via telephone, Skype, or through another method. Then we prepare the final selection list and deliver it to the employer company. At this point the employer company can make their final selections and provide us with the job offer letter(s), which we will provide to the candidates. We then coordinate job offer procedures with the employer company’s human resources department, arranging the necessary documents, reference checks, and whatever else is needed. We continue to work with the HR department until the hiring process is completed.
